Intellectual capital management in the university context. An approach of a measurement model

The main aim of this paper is to analyze the perceptions professors in intellectual capital management university context. exploratory factor analysis determined which items had greatest weight components: human, structural and relational if there was a possible relationship between them. results show that con­tribute most three components. Subsequently correlations significance satisfaction organizational culture, turn, satisfac­tion motivation. findings confirm relationships human capital, as well same component (human capital).
